Quesnel Addiction Services Society
All Ages, Outpatient, Assessments, Referrals, Dual Diagnosis, Individual and Group Counselling, Relapse Prevention and Education Services
Provides programs targeted to different groups, including youth and people diagnosed with concurrent disorders. The youth group program is part of a school suspension plan (School District #28 School Policy) for high school students, grades 8 through 12, who have been caught under the influence of or using substances at school. For the Double-Trouble program, clients must be seeing a drug and alcohol counsellor and have a diagnosis of concurrent disorders; must be stabilized and willing to attend the group.
